i get why people hate floyd for a multitude of reasons but i dont get how people could hate him for wanting strict testing.

Is pretty funny Floyd suggests he be fired and the response probably doubles his popularity.

Also, I don't really get where Floyd is coming from. Anytime Merchant has said or asked anything negative about him it's been something pretty much everybody else thought too. It's not like he hasn't given the guy his respect or has went out of his way just taking out of nowhere shots.

merchant is definitely biased against mayweather, but theres no excuse to act as classless as floyd did to a man whos served this sport quite well for a very long time.

What would have been bad for boxing is another 12 round technical master class in boxing that puts everyone to sleep by Floyd. This is the total opposite of that. It is not as if Floyd looked bad, he looked fantastic.
As someone who does not watch much boxing I already can not wait for the next Mayweather fight.

Just as an aside, Floyd has done stuff like this before so I think it was pretty reckless by Ortiz. It certainly didn't come as much of an surprise.

He also did it to Mosley, but neither was as bad as last night. Floyd knew what he was doing. He wanted to get a shot in as payback for headbutting him and he knew that Ortiz was not going to be ready for the quick left hook after they hugged.

It was legal, but a cheap shot. No excuses for Ortiz or Joe Cortez though.

Cortez has tilted the crap out of me for a few years now. He may have been a good ref years ago, but nowadays, he's ****.

I can see why people felt ripped off by the main event, but the undercard was strong. At the bar, I was able to watch Shields get KTFO on the UFC event while waiting for the main event.

With Floyd vs Pacquiao, I just want to see both sides negotiate and get it done. The money is way too good to pass up. If this fight happens, I am certain a lot of people will be complaining about that fight because I don't think it will be the "superfight" everyone thinks it's going to be. There will be a lot of build up and then disappointment once the fight's over. Mayweather's style will never appeal to the casual fan.

Floyd's ring IQ is extremely high. Even before the KO, he was holding Victor's arm away from Cortez. His bag is full of tricks.

I think 24/7 ran out of steam about 2 years ago. I feel I know everything there is to know about the likes of Mayweather and Pacquiao. I think this one might have been the most boring yet. Aside, fro the family bust-up in episode 1 almost nothing happened.
