Does Adande realize Mayweather isn't well liked at all US or abroad. And both these monkeys realize Pac man has agreed to take a ton of tests already.

Maybe Mayweather's manhood should be tested by Las Vegas hookers giving him random bj's between rounds.

re: SE Boxing Thread (still waiting for PBF v. Pac)

Surprised at the reaction in this thread. I am the most casual fan of boxing ever but am hyped over this fight. It seems there are a bunch of haters out there, unless my cynical view over this is true, that all normal boxing fights involve roiding up and mayweather wants this fight to be legit roid-free just because he is way bigger and doesn't think he can win otherwise.

I know it seems pretty ***** to insist on these non-standard testing regs but it comes off to me as if he legitimately wants a clean fight. It comes off much worse to say, "He doesn't want his blood taken before the fight because he thinks it will weaken him. Also he's afraid of needles." As somebody who doesn't know too much about these fighters, I kind of interpreted that as, "He plans on taking steroids during training that can't be found in urine testing, and would hate to get caught." But then he says he will agree to be tested after the fight. I guess I'm not enough of a ped expert to know if he can gain an advantage through roiding/drugging up and then somehow masking it right before/during/after the fight in a way he couldn't manage with a prefight test.

Point A: Floyd's never asked for this before.

Point B: Manny's never failed a test. Supposedly it's suspicious how he moved up in weight, even though Floyd moved up from the exact same age/weight even higher and has been just as dominant.

Floyd is trying to rattle Manny's mind. He knows Manny is superstitious about this body stuff, like most 2nd/3rd world fighters are. Look how many fighters drink their own piss FFS. Manny has agreed to urine 24 hours/day for months, blood 3 months before, blood 30 days out and blood immediately after the fight. That is FAR beyond what any state athletic commission in the country requires.

Manny's ONLY stipulation is that he does not want blood drawn in the final weeks leading up to the fight, when the most crucial periods of training are going on. This is a legit request.

If Floyd refuses to take the fight for this reason, it's a huge ***** move and he'll forever shout about how Manny is on roids despite Manny never failing a test ever.

PBF will look terrible if he halts this fight. Considering he is all about the money I see no way this still doesn't go down.

If this was a big deal for Mayweather, why didnt he negotiate it when they signed a contract?

Point A: Considering the magnitude of this fight there's nothing wrong w extra testing.

Point B: It's suspicious how dominating he's been while moving up from 130 to 147. If you don't think something like that is suspicious in modern day sports, ur pretty ignorant.

Also, Floyd was more dominant/impressive to me when he fought at lighter weights imo

Pac man has improved but a big reason for his domination lately is his approach with Roach.

The WADA standards are much more legit then any of the pro sports testing standards. It is in the leagues best interest not to have people caught.

I'd assume that the drug of choice would be micro-dosing testosterone which you would be much more likely to catch with a blood test. Also with blood tests you can get a profile and WADA can suspend people for a suspicious values, even if they don't test positive. Guys doping are always going to be ahead of specific tests for a given drug.

Drug testing really only works if it truly random.

As for Mayweather asking for testing now, maybe he is scared. Maybe he has always been confident before that he wasn't worried about the gain PEDs would give an opponent. The gains would probably be minimal, but if he thought it lowered his chance of winning my a couple of % he should pursue it.

Or maybe he has some inside knowledge that Manny is doping. Or maybe he thinks his program is better and undetectable. I find it hard to believe that with the amount of money in Boxing that they aren't doping and the testing schedule that is required is a joke and based on doping principles from the 70s.

But he's arranged it in such a way that he won't be blamed by his fans for halting the fight. Wins the fight by not even fighting, which has been his MO since day 1. Brilliant strategy IMO.
