Teddy 'bang bang' Atlas cracks me up

they had a 2 minute 30 second round in the 3rd or 4th round of the first fight

huge turnaround in the 3rd here for Frankel (bah just got caught at the end).

So I take it you guys don't believe Haye when he says he is retiring in Oct this year no matter what?

Personally, I think Haye fancies his chances against Vladimir and always has, but is a little wary of Vitali and prob never really pushed for that fight behind the public trash talk.

I personally think haye will fight vitali if he wins this fight, and would be open to that fight happening after the deadline.

if he loses next month, hes out.

I don't think anybody would want to fight a prime Vitali. However, in his last few fights he has looked a lot slower and doesn't seem to have the same snap on his punches that he once did. Definitely on the slide imo.

Wow this is an absolute disgrace. Macklin being kept waiting for way too long. Sturm being a real **** here.

lol @ this entrance.

This cannot be real life.

Sturm needs a ko imo (if judges are fair), Macklin up 2 rounds.

Jim Watt is still a ****, sucking Sturm's balls.

Even if Sturm misses Watt calls it a fantastic shot. He is a bellend

No way dude ,Matt has this won on points ,but the judges I bet are gonna cheat him!

Macklin should have this, won last two rounds imo. Sturm cannot win the round for his last 10 seconds work.

no doubt i'm wrong and they gonna cheat.

I bet 1 judge has it 117-113 to Sturm or something ******ed like that.

Btw, did anyone think that the final bell didn't come when it was supposed to?

Seen it so many times before,if Macklin did what Sturm did ,they would have it as a shut out for Sturm!

i remember watching Robin Reid batter Ottke (?) in Germany and get robbed too, they are a pack of cheating bastards.

totally agree demetri, would have been scored a shut-out if Sturm had performed like Macklin.

final bell was on time.

ARE YOU ****ING KIDDING ME?

Re: Devon Alexander fight tonight.

This left me so pissed off on so many levels. I have no idea how one judge had Alexander winning 96-93.

In my opinion he got his ass handed to him. This is why boxing is about to be extinct and is such a joke. Alexander gets dropped in the 4th and the has zero power of his own. Matthysse was beaten by no one but the judges in Alexander's home town.

Amazing. The scoring for me has tarnished a superb fight between two evenly matched fighters.

I agree. I thought both fights were close but to only give Macklin 4 rounds and Matthysse 3 rounds is a complete joke.

How about Marcos Maidana vs Lucas Matthysse? All Argentine clash that is pretty much guaranteed to be a fight of the year contender.

well maidana needs to get past guerrero first, which is far from a given.
I guess even if he loses they could easily make Matthysse-Maidana if the timing is right. Both are gb fighters.

I feel for Mathysse. He could easily have been 30-0, and headed for a really big fight.

Oh yeah forgot about that. Though it's still a great fight even if Maidana loses to Guerrero imo.

If Khan gets by Judah I think he will be very keen on taking on Alexander.

anyone else watching Mayweather vs. Ortiz press conference?

Cliffnotes

- Want the Pacquiao fight next, "just take the tests"
- Ortiz is taking the olympic tests
- "It's about the fans"
- Floyd will stay active. Hopefully 10 more fights.
- Will fight similar to that in the mosley fight. Not move around, plant his feets and trade.
- "Can't be 30 years old and call yourself pretty boy"
- Wants to be able to do business with Bob Arum

When standing next to eachother, Victor looks a lot bigger than Floyd. Interesting.

Floyd also brought his 3 kids to the pc, very weird.
