I'd rate the 140 fighters as follows.
#1 Pacquaio (he could fight here if he wanted and really wouldn't have to cut weight besides skipping breakfast and maybe lunch before the weigh in)
#2 Khan
#3 Maidana
#4 Ortiz
#5 JMM
#6 Bradley
#7 Alexander
I think Ortiz destroys either Bradley or Alexander. Sooner or later JMM has to get old but the 2010 version could still wipe the floor with either Bradley or Alexander. I don't think either of these guys will let themselves be found in the same state as Maidana.
Honestly, Paulie Malignaggi may deserve to be higher ranked than either of these bums.
I will bet anyone itt any amount of $ that Bradley wipes the floor with Maidana, Khan, Ortiz etc. Bradley wins pretty comfortable decisions vs each fighter, if they are lucky. 1st time I ever saw Maidana fight and he got beat by Khan who did not impress me at all.
Just watched the Maidana vs Ortiz fight on youtube. Bradley wont be standing there getting clocked like they both were. The goal of boxing is to hit and not get hit. Bradley does this VERY WELL.
Bradley has more skills in his toes than Maidana, Ortiz and Khan will ever have in their whole bodies if they died and came back 3 times.
I am taking bets on Bradley vs any junior welterweight in the world not named pacquaio.
Bradley knows how to fight, he is very skilled. Some itt may not like him because he does not run in there haphazardly getting clocked.
Bradley is the best at his weight class BY FAR and one of the pound for pound in the world.
