You have to give Fury credit though. This is a freaking huge man and he carried the weight easily.

Fury just beat Don McLean worse than he beat Wilder. God damn.

Also, this fight just set the HW gate record for Vegas. Whew

How do the heavyweight orgs compare in terms of skill?

Joshua and Ruiz seemed faster and more skilled to me but I rarelly see boxing so maybe I'm wrong on this.

So Wilder busted an eardrum I assume which is why he was done the moment that punch landed?

In my uneducated opinion, Tyson Fury is the most skilled. He is very elusive and has great diversity in his punches. Sure, the other guys are quicker but that's because he's 6'9" 270+lbs, which give him clear advantages in height, reach, and size.

Ruiz has amazing hand speed but he's limited relative to the others because of his height/reach. Wilder is not very skilled at all. He just relies on the single greatest weapon that has ever been seen in combat sports history.

Wilder's "weak" left jab followed by sidewinder haymaker was pretty much his only move. I'm not a boxer but that seems bad. His footwork and leg strength are atrocious too.

I believe his footwork was bad, partly, due to his ear get ruptured in the second round, which would play havoc with his balance.

Just watched the fight, did Wilder win any round outside of maybe the second?

Wilder's footwork is always atrocious. It's the biggest and most glaring of his many deficiencies. The guy is a bad, bad boxer with a murderous punch.

I thought he won the first, or at least it was close, but I know nothing. Rest was just a total drubbing

former heavyweight champ.....

The worst part is just the assumption that yank judges are corrupt as ****. Weird sport.

Just looking at the stats Wilder did outland Fury in the 2nd, 11 punches to 8. More jabs and more power shots. It's the only round Wilder landed more than 5 punches.

Maybe close but Wilder only landed 5 punches in round 1.
