I thought Jacobs had a very strong argument for beating Golovkin (more than Canelo imo) but I also don’t think Jacobs has looked that good before than or afterwards. I’m thinking this fight plays out like most people seem to think with Canelo winning a closeish decision and Jacobs having some arguments for some rounds based off Canelo inactivity and Jacobs jab and move but Canelo will land the cleaner and flashier shots and win a predictable decision
Either guy winning a clear decision would be very impressive. I just think Jacobs knocks Canelo out almost never and this is gonna be a really hard fight to win on cards. Not exactly a novel insight there but what can I say. A Jacobs win is him boxing masterfully and almost never getting hit but I think Canelo is too good at this point to get schooled
