Usyk is basically a 200 pound Lomachenko. He has way more power than I expected though. After watching Glowacki, Breidis, and Gassiev go the distance against Usyk, I thought for sure Bellew would as well.

IMO boxing should follow UFC's footsteps and not interview KOed fighters. Bellew was ****ed up during that interview. The whole repeating himself and his behavior afterwards was not healthy. He should have been taken to the hospital immediately.

Two quarterfinals are about to fight in the cruiser tourney including breidis the guy who barely lost s split decision to Usyk. It’s very possible breidis is a top 10 p4p talent imo

I've only seen rounds 4 and 5 but that appears not to be the case. Those rounds were close.

Damn Breidis looked bad in the 6th. Based on those 3 rounds, he's probably losing the fight.

I retract my statement he looks like **** lol. On the other hand pretty impressive fight from the kid. Not a very good fight or anything to watch but he’s out boxing breidis would be a nice upset
. Could get the underdog at 20-1

This Mikaelian guy is legit though.

Breidis hasn't looked the same since his loss to Usyk. Even against that nobody French guy he was supposed to destroy he went the distance against him in a snoozer.

The main event is supposed to be a brawl at least hopefully wash this out on my mouth this fight sucks

Now Breidis turns it up. Where was that earlier in the fight?

I didn't see the first 3 rounds, but Breidis only won those last two rounds imo.

Okay. That might have been the worst decision this year.

Lmao. It was an ugly sloppy fignt that maybe put the judges to sleep but Jesus those cards are insane

One of those judges gave Breidis 9 rounds.

How the **** is this possible without blindness or rigging?

I'd be pouring money all over Glowacki if I was a gambler. No way he loses a decision.

Vlasov got hit off the break in the first and got hurt that way. Glowacki throwing with some serious power

Kind of a push + trip in the third on Vlasov. With a punch thrown at the same time, that's gonna be called a knockdown all the time.

Not sure how one judge saw that 115-112 but at least they got the winner right.

Garcia is certainly courageous but he's also gonna get knocked out.

Spence might be a welterweight but he's really the size of a middleweight. Garcia is small for 140 let alone 147.

Saw Tyson Fury's interview on The Joe Rogan Experience. I like the guy. I wouldn't be pissed if he beat Wilder, assuming that it wasn't because of some bull**** decision. Quite frankly, I'd expect bull**** decisions to be in Wilder's favor if they happen.

I really can’t see many(any?) scenarios where wilder wins a decision. Knockout or bust for me. For as much **** as I gave fury when this fight was announced he looks to be in pretty good shape which was a pretty big wildcard for me. I don’t feel near as confident on a wilder KO as i once did. Still like wilder by KO at the current odds tho I just don’t think they are a slam dunk or anything. We will see soon enough

I can’t even comment on the pbc fight announcements. Just utter **** I have nothing else to say on that lol. I hope they lose all their money I don’t want to see them rewarded for this crap

Not all of the fights are bad. I'd say 4 or 5 of the main card fights during the first 3 months of 2019 look good.

Which ones?

Uz-plant (meh)

Thurman Lopez (bleh)

Lsc-Flores (atrocious and all the more so considering GRJ LSC should be easiest fight in the world to make...this one pisses me off the most)

Dirrell-Yildirim (bleh)

Porter-Ugas (fine by me altho I expect an ugly fight)

Garcia-Spence (its fine I’m pulling for Garcia to shock world but pretty sure he will get waxed and Ppv makes it lousy for me but some level of intrigue)

Peterson lipinets and Truax Quillin are whatever they can be okay fights

Garcia-Granados is fine I guess but pretty sure Garcia wins like a 9-3 or 8-4 decision almost every time there is no real intrigue from me

Each individual fight can be defended as watchable for the most part but as a whole with the amount of fighters in the Haymon stable I’m utterly underwhelmed

Thurman hasn't fought in nearly 2 years. Lopez is an extremely entertaining fighter and very game. Sure, Thurman is probably going to win. But that doesn't matter. People go on rollercoasters even though they know how they will end. It's the journey that's appealing not the outcome.

I think it’s defensible to put him in with a guy with some name value who brings it as a tune up. I don’t really care about that oneTend to disagree on your journey point as for me whenever a fight lacks tension because the outcome is predetermined it’s a big turn off for me personally

Just not one fignt on the entire announcement that gets me looking forward to fight week for any of those fights like say wilder fury. Give me Charlo Hurd or GRJ LSC at least one of those while everyone involved is in their primes and it’s a fight we wanna see

Think this hooker saucedo fight is a true 50/50 fight...not real high on either guy but sauce is way more entertaining so I’m rooting for him. Wouldn’t surprise me if he wins a highly questionable decision on some home cooking

Saucedo is hella entertaining. Shame the fight didn't go his way.

He reminds me a bit of Jesus Soto Karass. They're the same height and reach and fight with the same unrelenting pressure and lack of interest in defense.

Dinu started out well, but Miller is taking round 3 with body shots. Dinu looking to have slowed a bit, not firing as much as the first two rounds.

I'd imagine Miller will just wear him down and take him out at some point, I hope Dinu finds the energy to move around and box to make this a longer fight.

Lol Dinu had no heart at all there. He didn't seem like he wanted to continue during the first knockdown, really tried to time the 11 second "wtf ref I really did want to fight more!" Weaksauce.
