Why hasn't he been arrested for assault & battery? Why is everyone treating this as a funny little incident especially when the mascot guy has a broken jaw? I hope he sues the **** out of him.
No idea what the background to that is, but I try to like Wilder and struggle after he said that crap about wanting a body (ie to kill someone) in the ring. He said it was his boxing persona, but it's just ****ty talk no matter how he dresses it up. Shame as he can be fairly engaging in interviews.
I don’t think the guy actually broke his jaw some guy said that sourced to some clickbait blog afaik and everyone ran with it. I have no idea what was going in in that clip from all parties involved
Canelo just signed 365 million dollar deal for ten or 11 fights with DAZN over the next five years and pacquiao and broner are fighting in January. Also Crawfords fight got biggest ratings of any combat card this year. Big news day. I’m leaning towards still favoring pacquiao over broner on activity alone I just think broner gives away too many rounds. I don’t care about the fight much although I would hate for an idiot like broner to claim pacquiao scalp at this point
lol Pacquiao is going to destroy Broner. Probably knocks him out.
Broner drew against Jessie Vargas of all people. Personally, I thought Vargas deserved the win too. Broner proves that making audible noises when throwing one punch at a time is a viable substitute for actual offense.
Manny is going to get to Broner's chin whenever he wants to.
Actually pretty excited for this Wilder/Fury fight. Fury is such a wild card and Wilder is so hit or miss (lacking technique but making up with power) that I think it can end 100 different ways including Fan-man type ****. Happens to fall on my birthday too, so that's a solid little present to myself.
It's why Wilder is such an exciting fighter. When fighting elite boxers, his reckless style means that he is as likely to get knocked out as his opponent. I don't think this fight goes the distance. Even if Fury is dancing around and outboxing Wilder for 10+ rounds, Wilder will go into windmill mode out of desperation and either wins or get knocked out trying.
Joshua is exciting in his own right but I was way more pumped for Wilder/Ortiz than any of Joshua's opponents aside from Klitschko.
This undefeated Irish guy JasonQuigley going life and death with washed glen tapia and washed Freddy Hernandez does not bode well for him ever actually being any good but he is in entertaining fights and could have a decent career as a fun tv fighter but nothing more than that whenever I’ve seen him. Golden Boy has been hyping him pretty hard but he ain’t it. Have him fight spike
Lol those scorecards are an abomination way way too wide
