I was skeptical of Usyk after his lackluster (to me anyway) showings on HBO. Hand up I’m dumb. What a masterful showing . On the other hand Mungia showed he has a ways to go which is perfectly fine given his age there are plenty of good fignts for him before he needs to sink or swim and at worst he will be a fun action fighter for years to come. I admit I was hoping for a bit more but I think the Ali fight was just another data point that weight really does matter... same with Garcia stepping up and looking less than his best v Lipinets. Speaking of which I’m not that amped for the Easter fight ... I just don’t think he is anything special at all although he does have a good chin as seen in the Commey fight so I will be impressed if Mikey can knock him out. Easter is very lucky to be undefeated still. Levels to this ****

Mungia would probably get wrecked by a good boxer it seems. Would be fun to see him vs Hurd though. He's way too open, nobody has a chin that can sustain being that open vs a top power puncher (and Smith is NOT that).
