119 was nonsense but I could see 118 and had it 117 personally.

Hope the Wilder unification match is better than this one.

116-112 or 115-113 Joshua. Parker did very well and I think he could win a rematch. Wilder and Fury humiliate Joshua and I think Ortiz has the speed, skills and firepower to **** him up too. Oh yeah, and Usyk absolutely clowns Joshua.

Who the **** still pays to see HW boxing these days? And can you imagine Joshua taking on an off Zoloft Tyson? He'd end up just like the other british bodybuilder...

I didn't score round by round but I think Joshua owned from round 1 to 4, then Parker was better until round 9 and then Joshua owned the last 3 rounds.

So neither of them does a thing in the fight and someone gives it 11-1 Joshua

The rigging was intense.
Lol scorecards, lol ref interfering every time they were exchanging punches and just for some extra rigging the bandage was not not done properly.

Love the Twitter results. Obviously 22% of boxing fans are internet trolls.

Honestly, AJ looked real bad in this fight. I think AJ/Wilder is definitely a coinflip fight. If Wilder swings like a madman I'm not sure how easily Joshua is gonna weather that storm if he keeps telegraphing his rights and uppercuts.

I love combat sports and really want to be a fan of boxing, but every fight I watch has some overly dumb ref fiasco/judging controversy

I can never understand how guys like Parker get to this point in their career and don't know when they're obviously losing a fight on the cards.

1) You're the lesser known/hyped fighter.
2) You're fighting on his turf.
3) You're backing up most of the time.

Anyone who has ever watched boxing knows these things mean you aren't winning close rounds, and yet time after time guys like Parker find themselves in the late rounds and show zero urgency like they're never seen how it turns out.

Joshua looked ****e tbh. Lol 119-109 btw.

I think he showed way too much respect. He'll have his work cut out Vs Wilder honestly. ****ing Fury should be hitting the sit ups as we speak.

If Fury can return to form I think he's the favorite against both Wilder and Joshua.

Not the most interesting fight. Crap Ref.

The KO show is well n truly over for AJ.

15 stone Wilder is still gonna have a tough night v AJ but I think its a 50:50

Fury has the style to take everyone in this division down but has it all to prove

Parker is a pretty tricky fighter but he didn't take enough risks. He did well in the mid-rounds when he was more aggressive but in the later rounds he went back to what he was doing in the early rounds. I wonder if he was too tired to keep pushing later in the fight.

Because they are not only thinking in terms of winning fight +ev but also in terms of not getting KOd.

Yes, combat sports are a lot about the hype surrounding the fight and the controversies.
That is why olympic boxing is depressing to watch, because thats an actual sport and not the show we all love.

One big positive for Joshua was his fitness though. Still on his toes in the 12th. You could say that's because the fight was slow and undemanding but I imagine that was a pretty big mental hurdle Joshua overcame tonight. If Fury had beaten Parker by those scores we'd have all been lauding the performance right?

Amongst all the negativity I still reckon Joshua KO's windmill.

It was also him backing straight up when Parker came in. Not gonna away with that against Wilder. Joshua has move off line if he's gonna back up. Otherwise, Wilder's gonna tag him with that right hand.

Parker did well but Joshua was very comfortable for most of the fight. Solid gameplan, if a bit too respectful, but he showed he can win in different ways now.

I don't see how you could think Wilder has a better chance after tonight.

Also, I paid €25 to watch tonight, but I was interested in Kelly, Burnett, Povetkin and Cordina as well as the main event, so worth it for me.
