Wow if any fight is gonna be ruled a draw, it would be this one.

First three rounds could have gone either way but the 4th looked like a Briedis round. I have it 3-1 Briedis.

These rounds have a trend.

First minute: Briedis comes out fast
Second minute: Briedis blows and Usyk attacks
Last minute: Back and forth between the two

Missed the hbo fights tonight but sounds like they were crap as expected . Usyk Briedis was excellent. I thought scores were very fair I edged t to Usyk myself . I think any matchup of final four fighters would be very good with any capable of beating each other. Not holding my breath for usa tv for finals . For as excellent as tourney has been the WBSS seems like a joke the streams are pathetic and the official stream didn’t work until about the 8th round. I can’t imagine they made any money on this tourney at all with lack of USA TV. Amateur hour with the absence of streams too. Tremendous idea with equally bad execution

Amir Khan gonna fight Phil Lo Greco in his first fight since getting ktfo by Canelo.

As for who Phil Lo Greco is, well:

I know you're thinking but what about Breidis Prescott. Well, Prescott was a 25-year old who was 19-0 with 17 KOs when he upset Amir Khan. Phil Lo Greco is a 33-year old who hasn't knocked anybody out in 5 years. He's fought two good fighters in Shawn Porter and Spence, getting dominated by both.

It's a good comeback fight for rebuilding Khan's image though I don't know how he'll be able to compete with any A level welterweights given his glass jaw.

I don't think GGG is going to be as passive as he was in the first fight. GGG got this one by KO.

Gassiev's jab really starting to work at the end of that round, that really looks like a key punch. Dorticos so damn aggressive, I couldn't imagine anyone fighting Gassiev on the front foot all round like this before, really quite bold.

Gassiev 2-0 in my book. He ended both rounds very strong, with jabs and a counter right in the first and combinations including right hands in the 2nd.

I'd imagine Dorticos will catch Gassiev with a hard right, maybe a 1-2 at some point in the next few rounds. If Gassiev takes it well he could run away with this thing because his footwork and boxing is superior right now. A lot of energy being used though.

This is sort of like Canelo GGG if Canelo had done better (in the actual match, he did great on the cards!).

Dorticos landed an effective combination about halfway through round 4, it looked to really bother Gassiev. If I'm in Gassiev's corner I'd be a bit worried about Dorticos continuing to pressure like this.

Gassiev landing some big shots in this fight, we know how hard he hits too. Amazing chin for Dorticos.
