Someone tell Bud to stop putting weight on so Loma can climb to 140 and try the other side of this. What else is he going to do? Fight another obvious one against Garcia??

Meh, Loma has reached the level where I need to see an added degree of difficulty before I care. I mean, I'm going to watch because I enjoy his fights, but it's another walk so my excitement level is "meh"

Edit: going 5 lbs up doesn't count as that degree imo

Rigo was really Damn good. Gary Russel Jr. Is really Damn good. Loma is special.

At this point, until I see him jump to 140 or above, or at least get rocked cleanly, I'm just backing up the truck at -600 or better.

I don't think Garcia is a walkover and he'd definitely put up a better fight than anybody Loma's faced so far. But I don't think he wins.

No way anybody can justify Rigo in the top 10 p4p discussion after quitting and losing every round, right?

p4p is intriguing. With Ward retiring, Gonzalez and Rigo losing badly, who are the new faces in the top 10? I'm having trouble after the top 4.

wouldnt it be 10lbs? Or was that a one fight only for Garcia?

I think that would be a terrific fight.

Mikey said the AB thing was a one time deal and he was going back to LW afterwards.

Fight. Of. The. Year.

This happened while the Loma snoozefest was ongoing.

Spoiler:

This is how a 37 year old goes out on his shield.

Personally, I thought the stoppage was premature. Salido gets knocked down continuously in his fights and finds ways to win despite that (though he looked like he was gonna give up after the second knockdown). He was pretty far behind on my scorecard even without the knockdowns (though the broadcasters appeared to disagree) but he has some serious heart and should have been given a chance to get up and fight on.

Salido says his career is done. Given the wars he's been in, that's the right decision. At the same time, he seems like the kind of guy who's gonna fight until his arms fall off.

Hi-Tech against Roman would be a fun fight. Berchelt would be fun to watch as well. I mean both lose but they're not the types to quit because they're frustrated like Rigo.

Garcia Lomachenko seems like a fight that could be made. Arum getting revenge on all the good fighters that he used to promote, starting with Rigo lol. If Lomachenko wasn't so good, the Rigo fight would've never happened, Arum wouldn't have allowed it even if Loma wanted it.

Fury's back.

Think he gets a big fight right away or a tune-up against some bum before a big fight?

Would love to see him in the ring with Wilder. Personally I think Fury gasses midway through the fight a la David Price and a guy like Wilder knocks him out.

He'll take a tune up for sure.

The Furys have the best stamina at HW. Just a question of whether he goes for a Dave Allen or a Dillian Whyte. I suspect the former, since he's out of shape. IMO he'll go Dave Allen in March or so, then Fury v. Takam in June/July setting up a big one for November.

wont be surprised if his reflexes are shot to pieces after ballooning/slimming/ballooning/coke/drink/ballooning more/slimming

That's what I mean BOIDS. Fury might have *had* the best stamina in HW but that's pre suspension/mental illness/coke. He might balloon up to 300 pounds before his next fight.

Looks decent for 5 stone overweight although he probably gasses as soon as this clip ends

Eh, I scored that Farmer fight a draw and felt it could've gone either way. Not sure why people are saying he got "robbed" - feel like it depends on what style you favor.

My analysis of Saunders/Lemieux:
