He's a superstar already. Lookin forward to seeing him in with Badou Jack and Kovalev.

Also, lol @ those close cards for Chisoras fight. German guy looks like he has some skills, not sure he has the power at world level tho.

300 amateur bouts

Unbeaten with sick power

Might be the GGG of LHW

Porter/AG might be better than Wilder/Stiv. Both fighters looking sharp, Porter better.

AG has some chin. He is taking some monster shots like they're nothing. That said, he's losing badly imo. Porter has lost 1, maybe 2 rounds imo

What a round. Porter looked tired/injured at the end.

Might have broke something when the fight was briefly stopped during (I think) the 10th.

AG might have done enough to steal it on some cards. Not mine though.

EDIT: Evidently not. 117-111 is a good score. AG is a *****.

Stiverne packing on weight hoping to weather Wilder's power more effectively.

Of course I suspect he'll basically be a slow-moving punching bag looking for a miracle shot to win.

AJ vs DW might be a closer fight than I thought.

DOn't watch much boxing but is Stiverne that bad?

I'm more impressed with the ref than Stiverne. Did a good job pulling that giant away from Stiverne.

Wilder broke him in their first fight. Stiverne fought some bum after him and got knocked down in the first round.

Stiverne was not supposed to fight Wilder but Ortiz got caught doping. Now Breazale, who is barely a top 10 HW is Wilder's mandatory though I think that'll wait for the AJ fight to happen.

Yes; 39 years old, overweight, inactive.

Turned up for a paycheck

Anyone think that Wilder might be favourite vs AJ?

It's possible. Has Wilder tired out late in fights the way Joshua does?

I would empty the clip on Joshua if odds are anywhere near evens personally . I just don’t think wilder is that good . His competition has been utterly pathetic (not all his fault obv). Would love to be proven wrong next year tho. I was ready to empty the clip on Ortiz v him too. Been wrong before but other than one punch power he just looks really underwhelming and lacking craft to me

Charlie Z was his best opponent so far

Ortiz has fought worse competition. Bryant Jennings was his only decent opponent.

With Ortiz PED x2 and no signs of Fury being eligible to box (both in weight and license), it's about time Wilder Joshua happens. Hearn is doing his best De La Hoya "simmer" and "fight another one of my guys first" routine, but that **** is getting so old in boxing. May at the latest, and that's only if the financials suggest a UK stadium fight makes the most sense. Otherwise, Vegas in March or April please.

No way Eddie Hearn / Sky puts Joshua in with Wilder just yet.

I would say they will go after Parker's belt or even give Haye a go if he batters Bellew in December.

If Haye looks great then no doubt Hearn would talk up a fight with Joshua in April / May and then try to get Parker in around September leaving Wilder out in the cold fighting the likes of Whyte or worse.

If Haye is as bad as he was against Bellew first time out ( I doubt that very much ) then maybe it will be Parker then Wilder ... but that's not happening imo.

Ortiz competition is nothing to write home about but Jennings is still better than anyone wilder has beaten no?

Mike Costello said that both fighters will be chasing Parker, and then if all is on the line the winner of Joshua V Wilder would be the undisputed champ so it adds even more to the build up.

Plus, I can't see either losing to Parker or even getting seriously threatened. Easy money for either of them.

Yeah ... i think Wilder should really chase a fight against Parker and Joshua could well end up fighting Haye ( if Haye looks good ) and then the winner of both fights gets it on for all the belts.

I doubt in pans out that way ... but we can hope.

I'm struggling to think who has a decent chance of beating either though - Povetkin and Ortiz maybe would have been very risky for Wilder, but who else has a decent chance? There may be dangerous guys out there that I don't know, to be fair.

Dubois' only been fighting complete garbage though. Yea he can bang but still looks really wild to me, although if you believe the rumour mill he apparently put Joshua on his arse in sparring.
