If Matthyse destroyed Garcia I would see a natural matchup, but that went out the window. I can't see Garcia Floyd getting anyone excited. Kahn is a clear win over Alexander then a victory over a Garcia type fighter away from being in the discussion imo.

What else is there? Manny beating Rios would work. Bradley beating Marquez might work too. I'd look towards those two I guess, doubt Floyd fights GGG or Martinez (Martinez would be late 2014 anyways).

Who does Garcia fight next? Is there a mandatory challenger? I'd love to see a rematch. I suppose all the upcoming fights at 140-147 will move more pieces around that could fit for Garcia (and Matthyse).

Sorry, but Sugar Ray Robinson will never be touched by Floyd. The things he accomplished in his career will never be repeated. Fighting 15 rounders every 2 weeks and dominating the way he did will always be in a league of its own.

i think im done with boxing. its so ****ing sad that only 1 of 3 judges got the score right. CANELO won 6 rounds and floyd won 6 rounds. at worst, flody won 7 and CANELO won 5. but a 6-6 fight was what i saw and i feel pretty good about it. i tried to stay as unbiased as possible here. i would feel a little better if he lost something like 7 rounds to 5 so that everyone knew how close this fight truly was, but to give flody 8+ rounds is ****ing terrible. had a bit to drink so cant rememebr too well but CANELO was 4-4 after 8 rounds and won rounds 10 and 13 without no problem. i know boxing really wants floyd to end with that perfect 49-0 record but to do this to CANELO, the man who will keep boxing revelant for the next 15 years, just no words for it.

just scrolled through a bunch of posts and saw that a few of u had floyd winning buy 8-9 points. if you are one of these people, just stop watching boxcing and go back to watching whatever ******ed sports you watch. you clearly dont know how ot disect a fight.
