Soooo looking forward to the Brook v Carson fight tonight.

Fully expect Brook to do a number on Carson and then fight for the IBF title in the coming months.

is that on the HBO undercard or a different channel? i'll probably be watching Silva/Sonnen (and by probably i mean certainly) but have heard alot of good things about Brook

also i'm going to my first boxing match live ever if bailey/alexander goes to st. louis...pretty excited. Truly think Bailey is just a huge scrub that last fight was like the worst thing iv ever seen he literally averaged like 3 punches landed per round until those huge knockdowns in the ninth or tenth or whatever so i expect Alexander to beast on a ridic opponent. but im in missouri so i cant pass it up since we don't get many (any?) fights that are even remotely decent

Brooks got the proverbial gut check tonight ..

Thought his corner totally crumbled under the pressure tonight and Brooks did well to come through everything .

Brooks will learn a lot from tonight and come back stronger for it.

Donaire deserved that but wtf again at those score cards?!?! 119-108? That is absolutely ******ed. If Mathebula's jaw wasn't broken in the 11th he could have won.

Donaire had the heavier shots and won but not by that much.

donaire cherry picked this guy "to see how he would fare against a taller fighter." mathebula had zero punching power. hate to exaggerate, but he might be the weakest puncher i've ever seen. (dont watch as much boxing as others tho) an it's because he doesn't punch through the target, he just tries to hit it and pull his hand back. he also stands straight up and down, and barely leans into them.

oh well.
