Impressed with Cotto for sure. Same with Floyd. Great fight.

Happy to get to see Haye vs. Chisora.

Lol peterson.

Canelo need to step it up. Mosley is done and has been for quite some time. His losses to Mayweather and Pac i barely even count due to how obviously horrible he was.

How did you score the fight? I had it 118-110.

Cotto Floyd? Had it 116-112 but it's probably 117-111 on second viewing.
It wasn't hard to score. But it certainly was competitive and a good fight. Probably the toughest Floyd has had since Castillo.

Mayweather is now just so confident he does not even bother boxing on the back foot ...

He now keeps the centre of the ring and will play you at your own game ...

A truly gifted fighter ..... Pacman just would not win this fight.

Not sure about Brook v Carson Jones ....Jones is better than his record suggests so i suppose it a ok matchup ... as long as his next fight is against the winner of Bailey and Jones ..

2 fights from now Brook could be a big player and welterweight ......

I think it has more to do with his 35-year old legs, in fact I think he has even said this himself. Pacquiao's legs don't move as much anymore either. I think both of their times as the clear best in the world are coming to an end soon.

Its not as if Mayweather has been involved in many hard fights .... he has more left in the tank that he would suggest

I was watching on Boxnation and the commentators (Bob Sheridan and someone else I think) were huge Floyd fans. They were making it seem as if the only reason Floyd was on the ropes taking clean punches from Cotto is because he wanted to be there. I'm not buying it.

Options for his post-prison fight:

Ortiz/Berto rematch - I don't think many hardcore fans will be interested with an Ortiz rematch but it's probably an easy sell given what happened in the first fight.

Alvarez - Probably not ready yet

Cotto - It was a good enough fight that I can see a rematch happening, I wouldn't be too interested but it would obviously sell well

Khan - I think this is most likely

I saw during the 24/7 series he was talking with Roger and said he probably has 5 fights left after the Cotto one.

I hope one of those five is with Alvarez.

I'm just hoping Alvarez isn't ready to fight Floyd (certainly didn't look ready) before he retires. Thier styles make for a seemingly boring fight imo.

I was pretty excited to see Canelo, after all the pre-fight hype that night, and then extremely let down afterwards.

It should be pointed out that they were not actually Boxnation commentators they were just he commentators from the international feed of the PPV that boxnation were using.

I think Rosenthal just pointed out that they had made up their minds about the fight before it even started.

my mates giving me 2/5 (-250) on haye to beat chisora, should i take this.

think haye will stop him in under 5-6 rounds, chisora looks chubby and wont have anywhere near the speed of haye after training/conditioning

Nothing would delight me more and I'd actually be rooting for PBF for once.

Haye will knock over Chisora fairly easily imo ..

This is not going to be Mayweather's next fight .. Khan is still operating at 140, hes going to have at least a couple of fights at 147 before even considering Mayweather.

And even then ... he will get made to look a fool by Mayweather ...

Im not a big fan of Khan at all ... hes fought the right fighters at the right time and his record is not as good as it seems ..

He may never fight Mayweather because as soon as he fights anyone decent at 147 hes going to get KO'd.

Khan doesn't have anything to protect. If given a chance he will fight Mayweather no doubt.

He already lost twice, even if they're trying to get one of those losses overturned.

Berto probably the most likely if he beats Ortiz.
It makes a lot of sense to not put Canelo in there with Floyd from GBP/Canelo side of view.
Cotto extremely unlikely. Remember Floyd turned down a rematch with Oscar. He doesn't seem to like doing unwarranted rematches.
Khan is one of the most obvious choices but he probably should get a win and get on a good path first.

Wildcard: Malignaggi. I mean I've laughed at the rumors of Erik Morales, Guerrero and Malignaggi in the past, but now that Malignaggi snatched a title, who the hell knows. Or Maybe they pay Malignaggi a big chunk to fight Khan again to give Khan that title before fighting Floyd.

Martinez: Not a chance. Floyd got a small taste of how it feels to be bullied by a larger man, and Cotto is tiny compared to Martinez and with much less power and speed.
Pac: Lets get real. If it's not the moneysplit or the arena or the jew or the juiceor the prisons or the womens or the 50 cents it's going to be something else.

would love to see a martinez fight but i def agree that the punishment floyd took from Cotto means its never ever gonna happen

really martinez's career is going to be really sad with noone in his weight class on his level...sucks that we don't get to see him in some wars

I dont think the mayweather pac fight is gonna happen. I think Pacman might be on his way out of the sport soon. Arum's comments were kind of strange on Lampert's boxing show about how he didnt know how Pac would do in the next fight due to him being ultrareligious now or something along those lines

Bradley might be Mayweather's next opponent ...

Pacman is not going to have it all his own way against Bradley and a shock is a possibility.

Would make sense for Mayweather to take on the man that beats the Pacman.

The problem is... Does Bradley ever get a decision? Doubt it. And to KO Pac would be quite hard for Bradley I'd think. His only hope would be to tire him out completely.

Even if he does beat Pac, a rematch between the two of them is far more likely or Bradley vs. some other Top Rank fella.
This is the gist really. Bob Arum makes too much money to give away half or more to another promoter when we're talking 1million+ ppvs.
