I agree with this but the problem is PBF can get a lot of PPV views no matter who he fights, period. Even if this fight brings in more views it will not be anywhere near the numbers that a PBF/Pac fight would get.
So why should Floyd take the risk against such a dangerous opponent? If he loses then any chance of making the biggest pay-day ever with Pac goes out of the window. Pac is the only fight that makes sense. If he wants to grind out another 1-1.3 million in PPV views fight it shouldn't be against this tough of an opponent.
If it was a question of PBF wanting to "fight the best available" then I could see it happening. At this point in his career though I think his main goals are to a) make as much money as possible; and b) stay undefeated. He already claims he's the best ever so it all comes down to economics.
