Congrats to the Jags for making the Ramsdens cup final. Could Jackie McNamara be yet another highly talented manager to emerge from Scotland?

It's been a training session so far

I turned off at 3-0, was worse than a training session.

Sevco have over £17m pledged to their share issue already and I can confirm this isn't bull**** because I personally have seen proof of pledges amounting to well over £10m from Celtic fans.

Get the popcorn lads, admin2 coming soon.

I read that Hoopie, about time some truth is being told. Obviously the Sevco fans will say they weren't warned when the **** hits the fan again.

FTT result is in the hands of hmrc and the duffers, it will be public knowledge in a week or so but apparently the huns lost (I'm shocked too) and we''ll be collecting some titles pretty soon.

I legit flipped out. Trying to gain some perspective but it's tough when we're literally 25-30 seconds away from a ****ing historic result.

Still, remember how bad things were under Mowbray? It is incredible how far this team has come under Lennon. Somehow, given the budget and the aesthetic constraints when trying to recruit talent to Scotland these days, he's built a young core that can actually hold its own against the best in Europe. That's pretty special.

Lennon's starting to win me over tactically but leaving that aside, it's pretty clear players will run through brick walls for him, and you can't put a price on that kind of loyalty.

Lol a draw v barca isn't historic unless it actually leads to us winning something.

Last Scottish team to win in Spain, period, was Dundee United in '87. ****, the only time we trailed tonight was in the 94th minute. We were 30 seconds away from a 1-1 draw on the road with the undisputed best team in the world atm and arguably the greatest club side in history.

It would've been mammoth.

While a draw would have been great it is still only a draw, no chance we bring out a DVD or release a song for it.

You're a bit over excited Geddy

Well on the way to being a decent competitive team in Europe and it hasnt taken the 3 years I thought it would, good times ahead.

As long as this core is kept relatively intact, yes.

I'm a united fan and I was gutted for celtic last night! Gotta look at the bigger picture and what's good for scottish football as a whole.

I'm not sure how Celtic's performance/result has any impact on Scottish football aside from for Celtic themselves?

Every win/draw/loss has an effect on the coefficient, could maybe mean less qualifying games for teams next season.

Plus, it reflects well on the SPL when teams do well. I really dislike Hearts as a team but was cheering for them vs Liverpool. And I went to the Utd - Moscow game earlier in the season too.

I draw the line at supporting Rangers though, but can't see them getting in europe any time soon!

Celtic doing well in Europe is extremely bad for Scottish football. **** the coefficent. What does it matter if aberdeen or any of the other "diddy" teams get to go into europe a round earlier? One more away trip! But Celtic doing well pretty much guarantees the plastic paddys every league title from now till god knows when. I want the co-efficent to go down to make it as hard as possible for Celtic to get into the champions league spot.

Its good for scottish football because literally everyone thinks we are a mickey mouse league. And we are! More good results in europe is all we can hope for for scottish football to improve.

Who are these people who think the SPL is a mickey mouse league? I'm pretty sure 99% of football fans outside of Scotland don't care for the SPL just as much as they don't care about the Danish, Hungarian, Swedish etc. leagues. And why does Scotland have to perform well on a European stage? I for one don't give a **** what other countries think of the SPL.

Celtic doing well in europe is good for them and them alone and if anything worse for Scottish football as the disparity between the them and the rest gets bigger. Even the most ardent of Rangers and Celtic fans must be able to see that.

Does it make any teams in the spl worse? No. Does it improve any teams in the spl? Yes. Tell me how this is bad plz?

He already has, where he said about the widening gap between Celtic and the rest bigger.
