It's funny that people think the SPL is such a top heavy league yet it's ridiculous that you're even including Liverpool and Spurs in your above post. If Chelsea, City and Arsenal were thrown out of the PL, it would be an absolute joke if ManU didn't win it. Such is the gulf between the top four and the other 16. Arsenal destroyed liverpool at anfield and they're the weakest of the top four, spurs cant even beat west brom, norwich and got pumped by newcastle.
