They did the draw 3.5 years ahead of time for the 2015 WC and ended up with 3 of the worlds top 5 in a pool (England/Wales/Australia.

So now they do it again and will likely get similar results.

This particular case none stand out but that's mainly because Argentina drew Japan.

If anything Pool C could easily have zero top 6 teams come WC

The top 4 teams are all in groups A and B, meaning at least two if not more will be eliminated before the semi-finals.

Blessed draw for Australia, but still a ridiculous system

every good team needs at least a couple of short fat lads (or, at the very least, medium and fat), cant seem to see any of those in the NZ set up. must be why they are underdogs

looks to my untrained eye like ireland are just stronger than the nz lads. i can see this being a pretty one-sided half as the kiwis tire and ireland's fats take control
