From Pitino's testimony today in Federal Court

Pitino testifies that Sypher demanded 5.5 million dollars, the amount raised by Daniel Pitino Foundation, bc "she had lost a child too"

Pitino says on night at Porcinis, "I could not drive but I was totally coherent"

Pitino said "she opened up my pants and asked if I had a condom." He said no and then "she said u have to pull out bc I am fertile"

Pitino said entire sexual encounter with Sypher "took less than 15 seconds"
