I love the NFL Redzone and it's my main go to channel every Sunday now. It's so great to keep track of so many games in real time with zero commercials

2 points:

1.
I notice after the late games, I'm really kind of burned out after following so many games in real time - and when the sunday night game rolls around - unless it's "my team" - I'm really not following that game much.

before the RZ, I hadn't had my fix of football yet, so I would watch another game - now, it's like I want to do something else. anyone else feel this way?

2.
is the NFL basically killing the advertisers on it's games, because if I happen to be watching the full game that my area is receiving, as soon as the commercial hits, I am hitting the "last" button to see what is happening on the RZ. who would watch a commercial if the RZ is available?

I pretty much always watch redzone unless my team is playing since i want to watch the whole thing and not just when theres scoring chances. When i do that part, i think your doing it right by turning to RZ when commercials are going on.

as far as the last part of your statement the redzone itself is generating revenue, this year you have to pay for it, so commericals arent necesary. Its kind of like HBO in that sense where your basically paying a fee to not watch commericals.

I never get burned out by redzone, when it comes around im just so happy and appreciative that i get to relax by watching goat football TV for 6 hours or so after working hard for a whole week.
