First of all, they need a head coach that acts like a head coach. That carries himself as a "boss". You can't act like "one of the guys" and thump your chest and point and scowl during the game. He would make a great Steeler D-coordinator actually, but that's not gonna happen.

Problem with Haley is he always has to be a contrarian; he has to prove how smart he is by going against the grain. 2 rookie rb's and a newcomer? Let's pound the ball! Or he'll throw on 1st and goal from the 2 3 straight times and then run on 1st and goal from the 9 all 3 times. It's infuriating to watch.

Lebeau.... listen he will always be the best in my book; but come on. How many times can you watch 3rd string TE's from the other team become Mark Bavaro b/c you're covering them with Jason Worilds? ****ing sickening. Granted some of that is just b/c the personnel is lacking, but that's not the only problem.

Seriously though the best case scenario is to get the easiest path to the superbowl. Playing the worst team to make the playoffs on the AFC side in the 2nd rnd is a win.
