I forgot it was in Scotland otherwise I wouldn't have touched Anderson.

okay fair enough, throwing coins is pretty bad

Most counter-productive crowd in history
If this was in England Anderson would probably win.

I think both players have been effected big time.

The booing is fair enough and standard but to actually launch coins at him is so bad. Whether he's a knob or not.

Jeez, that just shows you.

I'd love to hear what they've got to say about that. The crowd didn't cheer a 180.

Way to ruin the night. Throwing beer and coins. Classy.

apparently a guy holding a Tricolour got booed which would suggest it was mostly huns there.

pretty standard behaviour from them.

Taylor's split from his wife, probably explains why he's been so up and down in recent months.

He says it's amicable but they argue a lot, have stayed together a long time just for the kids etc.

well that incident with the two women happened in 99 so i'm surprised they've held it together this long. especially with his pervish antics towards the walk on girls too.

so the atmosphere in Glasgow was even more hostile than Belfast?

lolol.

ruins what is a great show, so they should consider playing events in England only. (seen one night they were in Aberdeen and can't remember any booing or **** like that, so maybe bring it there again)

There is a night in Aberdeen as well. I tried to get tickets for it but sold out almost instantly.

Crowds will only get worse imo - doesn't matter where. The behaviour has gotten gradually rowdier (encouraged to do so even by the PDC) but now it's just descending into drunken after-pub kinda behaviour.

The thing is though its the atmosphere they are wanting. It brings attention to the game as well.

If they took the drink out of the crowd it would kill a big part of that.

Bump for tonight.

Whitlock & Anderson to win - 11/4. Yes/No?
The Random Darts Discussion Thread Quote
03-24-2011 , 01:39 PM
should be able to get 3/1 somewhere, they're both evens (or better) in places. don't think that there's a big edge there

Im gonna nip into the bookies in a bit to do a bet so I'll just take what they have on offer. Whitlock/Webstah could be a draw...

They are in Brighton tonight.
