Depends what you class as a major really. By any reasonable definition, not yet.
Last Players Championship of the year starts at noon, so it's the last chance for players to play themselves in or out of the worlds, Players Championship Finals, or just get whatever they can to try to save their tour cards. Worlds cutoff looks like this:
Beaton 25500 (vs John Brown, then Huybrechts/Rafferty)
Nentjes 25250 (vs Neyens, then Lukeman/Mansell)
Kleermaker 25000 (vs Montgomery, then Heta/King)
O'Shea 24750 (vs Labanauskas, then Scott Williams/van der Velde)
de Zwaan 24000 (vs Gurney, then Henderson/Joyce)
-------------------
Gawlas 24000 (vs Hempel, then Rowby/Hughes)
Joyce 23750 (vs Henderson, then de Zwaan/Gurney)
White 23250 (vs van der Voort, then Heaver/van Barneveld)
Rafferty 22500 (in through Dev Tour anyway, but big run would make him use main tour spot and give qualification to van der Velde instead, vs Huybrechts then Beaton/Brown)
Murnan 22000 (vs van Dongen, then Jim Williams/Barry)
Waites 22000 (vs Hudson, then van Duijvenbode/Lennon)
Anyone not listed needs a minimum of a quarter, probably a semi realistically
Players Championship Finals cutoff is:
Pietreczko 18000 (vs Dobey, then Claydon/Michael)
Mansell 18000 (vs Lukeman, then Nentjes/Neyens)
Kleermaker 18000
Rafferty 17500
-------------------
Vandenbogaerde 16500 (vs Suljovic, then Razma/Martinez)
Boulton 16500 (vs Burness, then Ross Smith/Evetts)
van Veen 16250 (vs Clark, then Cullen/Fullwell)
Hempel 16000 (vs Gawlas, then Rowby/Hughes)
Lennon 15750 (vs van Duijvenbode, then Hudson/Waites)
Henderson 15500 (vs Joyce, then Gurney/de Zwaan)
Anyone not listed needs a minimum of a quarter. In terms of saving cards, Zonneveld, Mitchell, Borland and Jeff Smith are those who are currently out of saving their cards so need a miracle run and then to pray, Nentjes could also provisionally get up into the top 64 as well with a big run but he's in the worlds so has the shot to get a big bump by that method (and will get a card back through the Dev Tour if it goes tits up anyway)
