I don't think James Wade's new walk on song is anywhere near as appropriate.

Week 3: Name a player to lose in Liverpool

Our top answer

Spoiler:

Sidestory, poker
Spoiler:

In my Main Event with the aforementioned Chidwick, both myself and the UK man both fell short of the money, which in a way defines us as losers, which is what we are looking for today.

TLDR for poker people.

Jammed this hand pre

Spoiler:

from the button for 12bb three off the bubble vs assumed 5% and 7% calling ranges since they were calling off for the majority of their chips. SB folds, BB thinks for a minute and calls it off with K6cc and wins. I did not get the T98 flop sadly. Unbelievable tekkers.jpg

So we are looking for losers... who will take it down

With three draws in the week just gone, there are bound to be some incorrects

INCORRECT ANSWER

Spoiler:

JAMES WADE
SixFour
Kingweed
RoyalBlue

Wade drew 6-6 with Dave Chisnall in the opener

INCORRECT ANSWER

KIM HUYBRECHTS
Quicksilvre

Huybrechts drew with Adrian Lewis in the last game of the night. As well as that, I am just going to use pictures of Dana instead of Kim for his reveals as an ode to the guy who just posted Dana pics all day from two years ago. We miss you buddy.

We actually have less then 5 of the same answers from here on out believe it or not.

From a quick eyeball test there doesnt seem to be any two people who had a majority of the same picks which is good (though obviously there are some similarities over the journey).

last qualifier today. looks like a grand of prize money over the six will definitely be enough, 750 should be barring some weird results (not impossible, yesterday's semi finalists were daryl gurney and eddie dootson, and phil lost to jeffrey de zwaan, anything can happen), on 750 is john part and mostly jobbers, 500 ought to be, but the likes of darren webster, benito van de pas, keegan brown and devon petersen would like to get in the money to be safe. 250 isn't enough, so the likes of wes newton, jamie lewis, mickey mansell, antonio alcinas and robbie green need to make the money. still to get off the mark are james hubbard, colin lloyd, colin osborne, nigel heydon, and a load of the europeans (artut, reyes, rodriguez, seyler, stein).

the top 32 get exempt to the money stages of the main tournament, there's most of the usual suspects there, but some of the newer guys (wilson, boulton, norris, dekker a bit further behind) can get into that top 32 with a result today

phil won today, beating white in the final, who earlier hit a nine against king. newton got in so no huge lol, most of the euro lot mentioned above didn't make it. chuck managed to make the top 32, continuing a nice move from the bdo, wilson just missed out but will at least get a bye to the round before the money, where players like bunting, painter, winstanley, kist and baxter have ended up

PEEHS

Normally, I wouldn't spoil early, but everyone except RoyalBlue has locked up a correct answer for the "to have a draw answer" How many points to be revealed.

RoyalBlue could ace though, with a draw in his match tonight. Which match it is, I am not saying, so from a competition point of view hopefully no-one sits back with nine behind the ball and settles for a draw.

did look at tonight's matches but didn't like any of the prices offered so left it alone. currently 15-19 for -2.37u, on top of what i've lost on the outrights.

if i was going anything tonight i might have laid taylor, but i don't think i'll be doing that

besides, it's the uk open next weekend, that offers much better opportunities to do my bollocks

Lol at the editing of that little MVG vs Lewis rivalry thing by Sky. Making them seem like they're the worst of enemies. Such a shower of ****s.

Haha MVG's post match comments were awesome.

When he says "One player was better and deserved to win" I was fully expecting him to say it was Lewis, then he just slams him and says "I was the better player by far, I should have won".
