I think he meant at the start of the leg where he went for bull as cover on his first turn.

Concerning 81, you only guarantee yourself one shot at a double (assuming you don't hit outside 25) by going for bull with your first dart. Going for a treble, you can have two darts at double if you hit, still have one at a double if you hit a treble with your second dart and still guarantee yourself at shot at the bull regardless. I don't think it's really close now that I think about it.

Cracking night of darts ahead, shame about the day lineup. Really couldnt give a toss about Caven and the like, only Anderson is a decent shout out of the 6 playing in the afternoon.

However, tonight should be excellent. Barney vs McDine, followed by Webster and Taylor.

Im really pumped for a potential Webster vs Taylor match, hope it happens. Then Whitlock vs Webster ldo...
