Not going to predict every match but I think we will have a new champion this year. Out of the former champs the only ones I can see pulling it out are MVG and Price. Wright, Barney and Smith realistically might not win a match, Cross is likely to crumble under pressure, and Gary is playing great this year but probably can't sustain it over a long tournament anymore.

Hate to go chalk but Humphries feels like a huge favorite. His draw looks very favorable and he's the best player in the world right now.

Rooting for Clayton in the top half and Chizzy in the bottom half. Would love to see the Americans make some noise as well!

Going to stick to my guns and say Humphries takes it.

He actually looked the same early against Cross when he lost the first set and then lost throw first in the 2nd. Then he just immediately turned it on and ran away with the match. Going to be insane if he does it again.

Yeah I'm kind of tilted that they didn't give him a walk on today before the players. Should have happened.

Edit: And speaking of Russ, I hope someone throws a 180 in a match winning leg that basically puts them at a low enough number and as a massive favourite to win the leg/match. That's the only way we'll know it's very likely his last 180 call when we hear it.

Edit #2: Nevermind I'm an idiot. If that happens the other player can easily just throw a 180 afterwards.
