4. Bryan Stow incident and a sleu of wannabe gang bangers in general

5.The worst fans in the game (the few that would actually align themselves with the dodgers)--these clowns would rather play with beach balls than watch baseball--but part of me sympathizes considering the franchise they have to watch.

6.No titles since 1988, the closest thing the trash organization dodgers can get to titles is the hollywood box office.

Loldodgers. They are obviously the epitome of a melancholy disgrace to humanity.
1. Fenway and Wrigley should be torn down as well. Dodger Stadium is still class. I think AT&T (great name for you stadium, by the way) is great, but that huge mitt and coke bottle is really lame.

2. Indeed. He did get run out of town but he fleeced LA in the process and is laughing all the way to the bank. Of course, even under McCourt, the city never had to file a lawsuit to keep the team from moving to St.Petersberg.

3. Barry Bonds; Kevin Mitchell, etc. the high horse isn't all that high.

4. I don't think those gangbangers are "wannabe." Anyhow, SF is scared of minorities so it moved its team into the corporate part of town - Presto: white fans and no problems, right? LA not running from its roots - we accept all kinds into the park.

5. Beach balls are silly.

6. Yeah, no titles since 1988. It shows just how high your expectations of this great franchise are. On the other hand, S.F. No titles until 2010, and your fans still seem shocked over it. The relevance of your team will soon roll out like the fog.

"The Fan" was terrible as well. That is the Giants fault.

Also having a huge earthquake while hosting the W.S. is bad form.

I kind of cringe watching him at the plate. He just has no clue about working a pitcher - just tonight, he's giving away two strikes to pitchers that are having trouble throwing strikes to begin with.

His base running has also got to be the WOAT.

If this kid doesn't pull his head out of his ass, we're seeing the next joe charboneau.

He sucks at plate discipline.

He sucks at base running decisions.

But, he's at the cusp of GOAT. All he needs to do is think more and rely less on his Castro-given skills.

The running doesn't need thinking - just listening to base coaches. He runs through a lot of stop signs.

I'm sure he can learn how to slide one of these days - right now it looks like Pedro Guerrero was his sliding coach.

He doesn't need too much thinking at the plate, either. He just has to recognize balls off the outside of the plate. The way he sets up, he's inviting sliders down and away - the problem is he swings at every one of them, so they aren't even throwing him strikes with that pitch for now.

He's not a bad-ball hitter. He hits strikes, but swings and misses at balls.

The 4k game in SF seems to have unhinged him as his "adjustment" seems to be "swing harder and at everything." It's like he's trying to hard to get it all back with one swing - like a guy steaming in poker starts playing every hand.

I think Puig's personality might pose a problem down the road as well. He kinda seems like a dick and he certainly doesn't act professional.
I wouldn't be surprised if his act wore thin on the rest of the team in short order.

Then again, I could be wrong.

So maybe Willie Mays Jr. shouldn't be in the ASG?

@oski

yeah, they were talking on local LA station about how there have been a couple of weird incidents with Puig being a dick and it's rubbing the clubhouse the wrong way. That and how he appears to be pissed/tilting because he's slumping (for him anyways) despite the team winning and defiantly running through stop signs, are decent indicators that he might not be the best teammate ever. WIM tho

yeah, the really kicked Chad Gaudin to the curb promptly this year

then again, who among us hasn't drunkenly felt a woman's breast while she's on a stretcher at the hospital

Its kind of a small charge in the grand scheme of things, but the Gaudin thing really creeped me out on a human level. Looks like the incident happened before spring training; before he could absorb like a sponge, the pure righteousness that permeates the clubhouse and organization. Hope he gets let go ASAP, before the next title.

my favorite part is gaudin didn't know why he was at the hospital

Quote:
“I asked Gaudin several times how he ended up at the hospital and each time he told me that he didn’t know,” the officer wrote.
i never thought of it but maybe hospitals are a good place to meet chicks

get yourself a nice reclamation project

well his lawyer said he had some sort of kidney issue

Quote:
"On January 27, 2013, Chad Gaudin was examined in the emergency room of a local hospital while experiencing symptoms believed to be related to acute renal failure due to a condition known as rhabdomyolysis. The symptoms included confusion, dehydration and loss of orientation and/or consciousness. Although he has been accused of improperly touching another hospital patient while on the premises that night, there are differing and exonerating versions of what occurred that have been reported by eye witnesses. Mr. Gaudin denies any unlawful conduct and has been cooperating with the authorities. I am confident that this matter will be resolved in his favor and because it is pending in court there will be no further comment."

Um, ok.

Go ahead and point something out that you disagree with.

I know you don't know how to analyze a ball player with your own eyes. You don't have much to say because his stats sample size is too small tho.
