OK, The4thFilm and I have a bet of my $2000 against his $400 on who will represent the Big XII South in the conference championship in the event of a 3-way tie. I have Oklahoma. He has Texas. Texas Tech is a push. No escrow. The4thFilm, please confirm if these are the correct terms.

edit: I say the last part 1/2 jokingly and 1/2 serious....I definitely wouldn't care if I didn't get tipped nor would I ever look down upon a person for it, and I'll still gladly hold escrow for anyone regardless.

Dudd and I have a bet that may not be resolved until 2013.

My $400 vs. his $100.

He has Notre Dame beating USC first, I have Michigan beating Ohio State first.

It's whichever happens first from here on out, so if ND wins @ND in October, then Michigan wins in November, Dudd still wins the bet.

I'll also accept side action on whether or not the winner actually collects on the bet.

Thanksgiving was Nov 27. Knicks were 7-8, they finished 32-50, so they went 25-42 (37.3%) Thunder were 1-15, they finished 23-59, so they went 22-44 (33.3%) meaning I lost this but it was close. Damn.

Also if I messed up Thanksgiving and it was a day after, then the knicks were 8-8 and thunder 1-16, but its moot since it means knicks went 24-43 and thunder 23-43, so i would lose this but it would be sooooo close. LOL. decent bet
