ahh OK missed that. Just looked it up in skype. $50 each season until someone buys out for $150 or quits the league. I'll still do it if you agree to these conditions:

1. if either team quits midseason in which the bet hasn't been bought out of, they lose their $50. i.e., it's like they lost the season bet, but they don't have to buy out. Only midseason because quitting midseason is lame. If during an offseason other obligations result in an owner leaving, bet is just off with no buyout required.

2. if you(as in Assani, not AEJ) leave the team midseason, we still honor the bet for that season. After that season the bet is off.

3. if you (as in Assani, not AEJ) leave the team in the offseason, the bet is off. I won't continue this with just AE. At that time AE and I can negotiate another bet if desired.

1. Why shouldn't they have to pay the $150 buy out???? Quitting at any time equals $150 buy out unless the guy who takes over your team wants to continue the bet(and pay the buy out if he quits). Basically this will stop either of us from quitting the league in order to get out of the bet without paying the $150. I'm not sure why you wouldn't want it like this.

2/3. Just so you know, AEJones is taking 1/2 the action on all these N3 bets I make. I'm not sure why you want to bet with me and him but wouldn't bet with just him. But whatever, I'm not going to quit so this is moot...I'll agree with this just to make you happy.

As a reassurance, my reputation on 2+2 is excellent. I have made several trades over the past couple years on the Internet Poker Person-to-Person Transfer Thread, with almost every time the other person sending to me first. More importantly, I have run several fantasy sports money leagues for 2+2 posters for more than 3 years, in baseball, basketball, and football. I have been entrusted to escrow thousands of dollars over the course of that time, and always paid everyone out and never had an issue with any of my leagues. I've also paid any losing sidebets I have had in those leagues.

Looking at your post history very briefly, it looks like you have a good history of trading tournament shares, so that's a good start before I look into it further.

Quick question: would you be open to buying each other out based on events on the regular season? For example, if Duke suffers two-season ending injuries to key players, etc. I doubt that will come up but it will be good to know if that's an option.

If anyone else can offer me better than 6-1 odds on Duke winning the National Championship, please let know.
