The British Bulldog, Davey Boy Smith
The British Bulldog's camaradarie with the Hart Foundation (and, in particular, Bret Hart) is very well-known. Before he got his start with the WWF, he trained in Alberta with multiple members of the Hart family, including Stu Hart and Bret Hart.
Along with the Hart foundation, Davey Boy was a part of the 1997
Feud of the Year for their work against Stone Cold. He also won
Best Wrestling Maneuver
in 1984 with his Power Clean Dropkick. He was also a part of the
Tag Team of the Year in 1985 with The Dynamite Kid.
He was so popular overseas that the WWF decided to hold a PPV in England that drew ~80K people.
