How far can Michael Jordan fall?
How far can Wayne Gretzky fall?
How far can LT fall?
How far can GREEAR10 fall?
How far can the White Elephant fall?
How far can (who went first in the celeb one? Tyson?)
How far can Ali fall?

Michaels was my #8, but not really surprised to see him go.

Re: Professional Wrestling Promotion Draft

When HBK won the title in the Iron Man match, I was still at the stage where I thought it was real. I remember watching UFC 1 and arguing with my dad that Shawn Michaels would beat Royce Gracie because he would just not fool around and superkick him the second the fight started. I thought he had the most heart ever and just couldn't lose. I wish I could be kid again. I used to get so much enjoyment from WWF.

If there's one thing WWF is good at it's making these promo videos. A thousand times better than anything WCW ever put out.

Ok, I tried to stay up to make my pick, but can't any longer. Anyone going to be around for awhile in case #4 is made?

I remember the Raven promos were awesome in WCW....I also loved the NWO ones that were in black and white....besides that though, yeah they were pretty terrible.

I was never a huge HBK fan, but this is pretty lol. Overselling to the max in a match vs the Hulkster, apparently his reaction to Hogan refusing to drop a match to him.

The guy made it ok for a 12 year olds to walk around telling people to suck it. That's pretty legendary.

Yeah I do remember kids on my elementary school playground telling other kids to suck it and only vaguely knowing what it referred to.

Re: Professional Wrestling Promotion Draft

Yea I wanted to write a whole bunch on how awesome DX was at the beginning, but I'm tired.
-Super kicking Bret Hart out of his wheelchair
-Impersonating the Undertaker's entrance
-The fake match for the coveted European title
-Putting on the spitshields when Sergeant Slaughter talked to them
-The George Carlin imitation press conference

so awesome

That's really, really awesome. If you don't watch the whole thing, at least fast-forward to the end for the way he sells the big boot. I was laughing pretty loud at that one.

Re: Professional Wrestling Promotion Draft

Theres one 80s wrestler in particular who I have absolutely no clue how high he'll go. I probably won't take him, but I'm very interested to read the debate about him.

Idk what the rule about undrafteds are, but i can't believe certain people haven't been picked. Stone Cold isn't LDT/Wooden bad, but it's not good.

Re: Professional Wrestling Promotion Draft

We're 3 picks in. All 3 picked are probably top-7 though so it isn't that bad.
Hogan + *undrafted* right?

But man, looking over some of the older stuff like ~2000, it really brings back memories. There now are about 2 guys I want with my first and I think both are possible. Come on baby.
