Youtube some of his Hell in a Cell matches.
Doesn't 30 mean he was the last one in?? iirc, Shawn Michaels was the first to win the Rumble from the #1 spot.

Re: Professional Wrestling Promotion Draft

yeah, first one to win as number 30, last one in.
shouldn't be a big deal, but WWE is stupid and put a curse on number 30.

Re: Professional Wrestling Promotion Draft

Taker winning it at 30 doesn't mean anything. Neither does Vince winning at #1 because he spent a majority of the match out of the actual Rumble. Taker only had to work 10-15 minutes or so.

The #30 spot means he was the very last person to enter the ring, right?

Yes Assani. Usually WWE books the #30 spot to be a monster guy so the announcers can spazz out about the chances of him winning since he's fresh.

Re: Professional Wrestling Promotion Draft

the major knock on the undertaker is that right now, he cant wrestle very long at all. more than 10 minutes and he is blown out.

however, within the rules of this draft, your getting him at the peak of his height. very good pick.

Yeah, the Undertaker is 44 right now. The fact that he's still in there is incredible.

Re: Professional Wrestling Promotion Draft

We've got our pick in place, but with both of us at work, we can't really do a write-up right now.

Should we just wait to post it tonight, or give the pick and follow with the write-up later??

he really needs to retire though. the rumor is that he needed a hip replacement after match at wrestlemania with shawn michaels.(a match that until yesterday was in my top 3 matches of the year.)

You should at least PM your pick to me (the #9 pick). That way I can prepare my pick with complete knowledge and perhaps move trade discussion along.

If we count Vince's ability to promote people get them over are we also counting the liability of getting everyone addicted to cocaine and steroids?
