Yeah I watched that match a few days ago. One of the reasons I picked him. He owns Rey bigtime.

dnky,

Don't know if it's early or not, but Cornette is a money pick.

Billy Gunn is awful, and anyone thinking that is a good pick has got WWF colored glasses on right now.

Yep, local rooms run 2 qualifiers a month all the way through June. Finished 13/119 in the first one.

Re: Professional Wrestling Promotion Draft

The reason why people hated on X-Pac was because the only reason he had a job was because he had friends in the clique, and he still managed to get fired. He did have something of a reasonable gimmick though (weed smoker) probably because he indeed was a huge pothead, not that there's anything wrong with that.

I'm around to pick. Just waiting on the bozos in front of me (though, I have like 9 million options to pick from).

Re: Professional Wrestling Promotion Draft

Catching up on the rest.

This thread took a sad turn when Untouchable started douching it up with dinky.

Heyman is a great pick. He's fantastic on the mic.

Stratus is a horrible pick. Any women wrestler is a horrible pick. I would rather somebody draft Hornswoggle (I can mention him, right?). Women's wrestling is for people too dumb to download porn.

Re: Professional Wrestling Promotion Draft

If this draft were deep I would agree with drafting women as valets. The fact the WWE no longer uses managers or valets is one of the reasons its such a bad product at the moment.

Shelton Benjamin with a good manager for example would be through the roof amazing.

Re: Professional Wrestling Promotion Draft

I actually thought Billy Gunn was a great pick.

His weakest point is definitely his promos but, he is like a player in fantasy baseball that is position eligible in like 4 spots, and not terrible.
