I can't really believe that AJ wasn't the first to be picked of the Styles/Joe/Daniels threesome. In fact I thought Daniels would fall a lot further than the other 2.

AJ was also the facemelter I was insinuating in a post i made made ~start of round 2 that someone asked me to take down.

It would be lol if all the owners could summarise their 5 year plan or something at the end of this. I don't know how feasible it is for everyone to do that but it would be great to see.

Yeah, I expected Styles to go first too, but I thought Daniels going first was the correct move. He's a little less reliant on doing the same spots over and over again in the ring, and is a little more consistent on the mic. I mean, I don't even want to say that he's better on the mic because when Styles has something really good to work with (like when he was paired with Christian in that stable or when he was feuding with Angle), he absolutely knocks it out of the park to a level that almost no one else can, but in terms of getting over the average storyline/feud with a good promo, I think Daniels is definitely superior.

Man Nitro was awesome. Actually usually it'd be like 2.5 hrs of crap and then a few really awesome moments. Love people throwing trash in the ring, definitely one the best aspects of that era.

the best part of all those old WCW videos is how much The Brain would always rip NWO Hogan even though he was a heel announcer ...

I'm not sure exactly what the story is in that video, so I can't comment on what Piper was doing on TNA and whether this was staged or not....as to why Russo's a douche there are a good amount of reasons, first and foremost he is a pretty terrible booker. I'm going to bed now, but I'm sure Anti-Dan/DNKY/4thStreetPete could make a post regarding why Russo sucks...if nobody makes a post regarding Russo by the time I get out of class in the morning then I will make a post filling you in

That's the other problem with having all these guys supposedly for their entire careers simultaneously. You're kinda missing that natural progression where young guys move up from the mid-card into the main event and then eventually put over the new young guys on the way back down. I can see booking a show or even a year or so with guys all at their peak, but you can't really lay out a long-term plan when everyone's the same age.
