I wish they just put out a slightly revamped No Mercy with an engine that could handle four+ people on the screen at once with updated rosters. Kinda like how people TSB would be re-released on console.

NOTHING IS AS GOOD AS NO MERCY/WCWvsNWO/WCW REVENGE!

But seriously, the SD vs RAW series isn't terrible. I still pop in 2006, I like the GM mode where I control both brands and play as one of the wrestlers.

Just figured out who you were talking about...

Smackdown vs RAW for Ps3 is ****ing awesome....I was a huge fan of WCW/NWO revenge and WWF No Mercy, SVR is very similar....if you can get like 5 or 6 people together, Money in the Bank matches are incredibly fun

In what was the #31st overall pick in the SE Professional Wrestling draft, DNKY Pure Wrestling selected Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat.

One of the most underrated wrestlers ever, Steamboat is known as an extremely solid in ring technician. He was in 3 5star matches within the 4 month period of February thru May 1989, vs the all ready drafted Ric Flair, as well as Wargames in 1992, also receiving 5 stars.

In 1987, Steamboats match vs Randy Savage was names Wresling Observer Match of the Year, the first of two times Steamboat would win this award.

Steamboat has won many championships, including the NWA Tag Team, NWA Television, WCW Television, and the WWE Intercontinental Championships. More importantly though, is the NWA World Heavyweight Championship, holding that belt once.

Steamboat was named to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter Hall of Fame, Class of 1996. Also the Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame in 2002, and the WWE Hall of Fame in 2009.

In 2004, Steamboat was the referee in a match to determine the first ROH Pure Champion. In that match was CM Punk. Punk lost that match and blamed Steamboat, thus starting a short but bitter feud between the two men. After that feud ended, Punk and Steamboat became friends in and out of the ring, with Punk fighting for Steamboat in a few occasions. All though Steamboat did not have a match during his 11 months working for ROH, it was obvious he could still go if called on.

At Wrestlemania XXV in Houston, Texas, Steamboat was called. Steamboat would wrestle on a legends team vs Chris Jericho. The team of legends did lose, but Steamboat stole the show, performing better than most of the active wrestlers could have. Steamboat even had a 1on1 match vs Jericho at Backlash '09. He still has it.

In 2005, Steamboat was hired as a road agent by the WWE. In this line of work, Steamboat is able to help the younger wrestlers get better in their craft. If there is anyone to learn from, it certainly is Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat.

Martel's definitely getting picked in this draft. He had a two-year AWA world title reign.

I think the spreadsheet is messed up. Shouldn't rounds 3 and 4 be switched?

Probably the worst violation of the "don't mention undrafted" ever

It's double reverse. The bottom of the first gets to lead off both the second and the third.

Hate to be down on anyone ... but I didn't like the Batista pick very much ... then I looked @ the spreadsheet and REALLY don't like it now.

But, to each his own. GL and onto the next pick!

Hogan vs Batista is going to be one hell of a match :P

It will however sell a ****load of tickets, although you could say that about anyone vs Hulk.

So everyone seems to like the Punk/Steamboat and Hart/Edge combos, but I gotta tell you, I think Jericho/Piper is better than both of them.

I like Sting/Lawler over all of these. Savage/Roberts is also very good.
