I am also amazed at people saying the Flair pick was to high. Growing up a huge wrestling fan there, IMO, was noone better in the business for a LONG LONG time. That guy would've been a monster star had he been in the WWE during his prime. He had the look, the charisma, the ability to work the crowd and the mic. He could make matches entertaining simply with his interaction w/the ref!

I like the Shane Mcmahon pick though I think he needs to be used just the right way.

Round 2 Pick 32

Spoiler:

"The greatest big man in pro wrestling history."

Youtube compilation of some of Vader's moves

From wiki:

Quote:
The two exchanged very stiff punches, and one of them caused Vader's right eye to actually pop out of its socket, although it was contained by the swelling in his eyelid. Vader took the time to take off his mask and push the eye back in the socket before finishing the match as planned.

im being 100% honest when i say that i dont think punk would have made it to me at #31. i felt that steamboat is highly underrated and would fall to me.

i did try to trade up in the 2nd round to guarantee i get the dragon, but sent the pm to the wrong guy.

Foley vs Vader in your promotion? Foley will die before 10 years is up.

fyp. The WM3 match was fantastic, though it did get knocked down for me a slight bit when I heard Steamboat say that Savage mapped out every single move and transition in the match. Steamboat said that Savage and him would meet up in their hotel rooms on a tour and Savage would say from x move and they'd talk over everything from that point in the match.

Steamboat has always said that he prefers the Flair matches because Flair called the match in the ring. They'd maybe talk over a hot moment or two leading up to the matches, but all of their matches were by and large called in the ring

I'd assume that a non-wrestling personality could be given to him as a manager. A sadly lost art these days

I think benoit got the belt because in a way, he had to. While I loved seeing him as champ, there was no way that any promotion in US/Canada could have him as the sole top guy as he had the personality of concrete

btw, in the cena discussion, I should note that I'm not even a cena hater, and I'm neither a cena lover. So, I don't have any real emotion one way or another with him, just don't see him as a top guy

He was the biggest heel in all of wrestling during his peak(early 90s) imo. He was great in the ring, especially considering his size. His mic skills obviously aren't great, so I may have to get a manager for him later on. Plus him and Foley have already proven that they can have great matches.

Never really cared for Vader though he did have some decent matches with Sting.

explain why then. You can't just say that its a reach, give no reasons why, and then when I try to argue say "you're preaching to the converted."
