I dont have any numbers but on twitter they said dumoulin did the last climb faster than the molema, jungels group. Legs look okay, just nature calling at the wrong time. Good situation for the neutral viewer eventhough i think Quintana isnt at 100% and it will be really hard to win 2-3 minutes befor the TT

It's on a different level from a mechanical. A mechanical isn't the rider's fault and other riders shouldn't take advantage of it. If a rider gets sick or has GI issues, that's part of racing. What's next, Quintana taking it easy on a climb because Griepel can't handle the pace?

Oh I'm not saying they should wait or anything, I would just rather see things decided by good racing and tactics etc.

Gift stage for Rolland today.

Dumoulin is a boss.

Also, Landa should probably work on his sprinting.

I don't know what happened but somehow Dumoulin is in a group 2 minutes behind the other GC contenders wtf.

I don't know about Dumoulin being a boss

His style compares to Indurain, Riis, Ullrich, Armstrong, Wiggins ... only obvious dopers

I don't think a TT specialist can win a GT clean

Dumolin dropped again today. But he's only 38 seconds back of Quintana. Something he should easily make up in the time trial. (He beat Quintana by 2:53 in the stage 9 ITT, which is hillier than Sunday's stage).

Tomorrow is last mountain stage. Here's the profile

Of course, my stream cuts out right when Dumolin falls out the back of the Quintana group.

Dumolin gets back, but then loses them again. Nice stage.

This is set up perfectly now.

Delighted for Pinot there. What a great tour from him. Really hope he gets that podium.

All things being equal you'd say Dumoulin should do it comfortably, but he looks pretty cooked. Have a feeling it's going to be ridiculously close. Can't call it.

When dumoulin wins this giro, he has to thank jungels for all the work and support

Great Giro.

Did anyone watch GCN's paid video about SIS nutrition? Then durianriders response?

What's the TL;DR of Durianrider's response? The brief part I saw was just complaining about GCN being paid for that. Which seems silly since GCN is obviously being paid by their sponsors.

I don't know it looks cleaner when a climber become a passable Timetrialer to win a Grand Tour, than a time trial man that can hold with the best climbers 9 times out of 10. You are not supposed to have the physical abilities to be good on mountain when you are great at putting strength on the flat

Maybe the competition was weaker than expected with Nairo being really uninmpressive, and nibalol holding the podium

I'd enjoy seeing an EPO version of Felline though, the man is so great at evrything and fun to watch, in late 90s he would have killed everybody

Exciting final stage of the Dauphine today. Just too many people within touching distance for an isolated Porte to defend against, although he gave it a damn good go. Hard to see him not start favourite for the Tour.

Yeah was one of the most exciting stages i have ever seen. Porte atm the strongest rider but still more than 4 weeks until the main tour mountain stages and froome has a super strong team + plus his descending skills have improved enormous over the last few years.
