Sastre was top 10 in 15 GT's in the height of the doping (armstrong) era, so the bar is high to prove he was clean. But he has publicly blamed doping for his brother in law's death (Chava Jimenez, also a top ten tour finisher), and he was once quoted as saying that he didn't jump off the bridge when Riis offered him the chance ... I would like to believe he was clean because he really seems like a decent human being.
