I Googled teams win/loss from the last 20 years and coudn't find anything. But I wonder if 5 teams finished undefeated. Then there would have to be 8 teams in a playoff. But has that ever happened?
ZOMG.. college football playoff system. Mebbe this should be discussed here? LOL...
FWIW, I'm all for an 8 game playoff system. It has tons of upside (for the teams, the bowls, the fans) and very limited downside imo.
