would eat up way too much time probably, and a lot of them are so close that it's kinda pointless. maybe make them reviewable via challenge?
one thing all sports show adopt via video review is the NHL style centralized command center, where they have a bunch of people working in a room with multiple monitors of every game. when something happens there's usually someone already watching that game, other people come over to check it out, they debate, the review is already under way before it is even requested by the in-game officials. it just speeds everything up so much (unless it's a really tough call), there's really no need to have the in-game officials going over to some monitor on the side to figure out what happened, but i guess they should probably keep one anyway (so they can see what happened too, then a phone to communicate with the command center).

this is true, but they don't always leave the game for a commercial during every TO, sometimes they stay and you listen to the announcers for 30-60 seconds. i don't really see a reason to have more TO's than needed commercial breaks, removing the extra ones would help speed up the game and improve flow at the end of games.
