Agreed. I think they have a lot to offer manning if he shows up there.

1. niners
2. jets
3. dolphins

very very little chance he signs with any other team

You're pretty confident Kevin Kolb is going to to accept a pay cut, so that Arizona can better afford a guy who will take his job?

He's on the books for $1m + $7m more if he's there for his roster bonus on 3/28. He's $8.3m in dead money to cut before then. So he's not taking a pay cut. He's either their starter, or he's getting released.

It amazes me that Stephen A Smith is capable of expressing that degree of satisfaction given his hairline situation.

Ahhh gotcha. That makes more sense, but it doesn't help with their cap situation as cutting Kolb doesn't save any money at all.

Both Texans and Ravens would be sick destinations for Manning. Replacing Flacco with Manning wouldput the Ravens over the top as a contender each year. Although Manning would prob be a better fit in Houston, I imagine the Texans will roll with Shaub still, despite him sustaining that Lisfranc injury that will likely bother him for the rest of his career.

If Miami gets manning then I think it would be in Miami's best interest to draft matt kalil/decastro in 1st

I think the Niners are the most complete team in the NFL with ALEXcellent at QB. With a healthy Peyton plus whatever 1 or 2 WR's they add, they are snap favorites to win it all. I want this to happen so bad.

I have never really given up on Smith, but he really isn't a franchise QB. Peyton plays for 2 or 3 years and than Colin Kaepernick or Scott Tolzien (which every Harbaugh makes into the GOAT) plays.

Meh, Schaub is well above average and should have easy 4+ years left. It's only worth considering if you can get trade value out of him.

lol. I would lay 50-1 he wont even talk to MIA. with Payton they still aren't even the 2nd best team in that division

I'm surprised to hear Peyton's name tagged to the Texans and Ravens. Granted their QBs aren't megaelite but they're not exactly starting Rex Grossman. There has to be smarter ways to make those teams better for $20m or whatever Manning would cost. Go grab a a couple stud FAs for that.

This could easily come back to bite me in the ass, but seriously guys. He's not going to the Jets. Peyton doesn't want to play for Rex, that would be the worst relationship ever. They have no cap space. They'd have to give up on Sanchez. They don't even have a particularly talented offense. It's just not happening.
