Peyton to Dolphins may have made sense from a fit standpoint, but how they were boasting about having "legitimate shot to sign Peyton" when none of the other teams were even saying anything made me feel like he was not going there. They don't have a ton of cap room either

We get Palmer and Broncos who were lol-locked into Tebow get out of him and get Peyton...that would be a tough break.

But I mean Peyton should struggle since he has no WR/TE weapons according to Tebow thread posters.

$30m guaranteed is insane given the injury risk.

I'd much rather guarantee a lot less and make the upside a lot higher ($60m over 5 years is not a lot). pay him $20m if he's healthy, sure.

to compare, Brady got 4 years, $72m, $48m guaranteed before last season
