They've had skywriters at jazz fest the last few years. 7 letters and 2 words is borderline in the sense that it's getting long enough to be unreadable by the time it's done.

Well there's probably a subset of pilots who fly banners. So you have to find the subset of those who don't care if they work another sporting event again in the future.

How close could you actually get the plane to the stadium? I've never been to Penn State, is there some kind of main drag where a lot of people are walking to/congregating before the game? Might end up flying over something like that if anywhere rather close to the stadium is off-limits. Maybe someone could get some on-ground video of the plane ruining some old peoples' day before the game even starts.
