A few things I've pulled together from some news clips the last few days. There's no big piece on it, but some thoughts/questions:
-PSU was under a long-standing subpoena to turn over a lot of the files kept by PSU officials or in some PSU office (edit - not sure who they were). They did so slowly. If I'm reading these tweets correctly, it seems the investigator testifying today was frustrated by PSU dragging its feet.
-The documents themselves: what's in them? Are they detailed accounts of allegations against Sandusky? Are they all the puzzle pieces put together into a picture of molestation the PSU admins should have (or clearly did) see? Some of the tweets below talk about it.
-What does this mean for the civil liability of PSU?
-What does this mean for the NCAA's investigation and eventual action (or inaction)?
Some of the sources/tweets I found online relating to this:

Evidence obtained from search warrants of #Sandusky home, old football office. Sassano said #PSU was slow to help them track down emails.

Agent Sassano: ... Penn State was not quick in getting us (subpoened) info

Eventually PSU let agents searchy a room with Sandusky's abandoned office stuff including 18 or 20 boxes

Boxes include pictures of alleged victim 4 and a 2nd Mile database on accuser 6. Also more lists with stars next to names of alleged victims

No. NCAA hesitant to start dealing with moral issues outside of the game RT @J_Gross31: Think psu will get hit with the death penalty?
Ben Jones @Ben_Jones88
The thing with the NCAA is that the crimes committed took place within a football program, but are not related to the product on the field
Ben Jones @Ben_Jones88
Per Nov release, the NCAA is investigating Penn State under: Article 2.1, Article 2.4, Bylaw 10.1 and Bylaw 19.01.2

The larger question becomes where is the "immoral line" between a coaches action that involves sanctions and immoral one that doesn't.

What will #Sandusky investigator's testimony regarding PSU's slow response mean for Curley, Schultz (and likely Spanier)? In civil cases?
