When you're at your "job" you still have the job of being an adult, which in instances like these, supersedes those listed in your job description. The allegation is serious enough here where passing it on to your boss then moving on with your life isn't exactly being a dude with the highest of morals. And that's putting it lightly.
I mean FFS, put yourself in the kid's shoes. He's standing there thinking "boy I hope it states in their job description that they are supposed to call the cops about this and not just the Athletic Director, who has a huge conflict of interest in reporting this to the actual authorities..." Come on man. Pa can't just fall back on "I was just doing my job" here. That's ****ing weak man.
