That's actually really funny. Although that wasn't the purpose of my post and I really do think both of those posters are really bad, I did expect the responses I got.

You guys have to admit, at least I'm honest. I spew homerism and make somewhat ridiculous arguments from time to time (although I really do believe what I write) but I"m always honest and admit when I'm wrong.

You can't say that about the posters I mentioned.

Seems as though you've made an overstatement.

I'm not sure what you guys think goes into being a bad poster but I have a thought. It seems as though from the response that I'm getting that people clearly read my posts. The only reason to read them is for entertainment purposes since we're talking about sports which is purely entertainment. Therefore, if people are reading my posts, they are entertained. Isn't that the purpose of posting here? Basicly, to entertain people. It's the old "howard stern gets higher ratings from those that hate him" argument.

Therefore I'm a good poster. I'll start it off - LOL. How many more?

I still think that was a valid argument when I made it, although of course the rings argument is flawed. I've since conceded that Peyton is in fact better at this point but neither of their careers are over so who knows?
