I will give it to Cinch, most bad posters in this thread come and go, Cinch has been a mainstay from the beginning. It takes talent to be bad enough to annoy everyone for a year or more without ever coming close to being banned.

Well, he just hasn't been given an ultimatum afaik. imo, it's only fair to let someone know that their next transgression (transgression definition) along the lines of their previous ones will be their last. It just about happened last weekend when he kept going on about his betting results that nobody could be expected to care about.

It's probably inevitable though, you're right.

AFAIK you're greatest ever moment as a mod came when you ignored this need for an ultimatum and just went straight to "shoot to kill" mode.

Then again, as bad as Cinch is, if I try realy hard ignore recency bias, Vyse was probably A LOT worse.

To be fair Cinch probably gets extra rope because he is (allegedly) old, and old people tend to suck at the internet. But that doesn't give them carte blanche to crap all over forums so just be patient; he'll either get better quickly or get banned. Not to mention Buzz is like 95 years old and uses the internet just fine.
