If only there was a way to determine the quality of bass fishing at specific schools. Oh wait there's a collegiate bass fishing championship and Baylor finished 222nd. Alabama was 1st.

I'll admit I don't follow the collegiate bass fishing competition, but being from Alabama, I'll have to admit that the results don't surprise me, actually they confirm the low opinion I have of everything associated with Waco.

I think the death penalty is purely for those schools that have shown no regard for decency - legally or NCAA wise. It would have to be shown to be headed by or condoned by the school administration. That is why Title 9 was put to law. It forces schools to investigate, report and solve the issues defined. If they don't, the consequences reach further than the NCAA's reach. So in this regard Baylor should be nuked.
